Soooo, I lost 2 pounds and 5.5 inches!! WooHoo!!!
Current weight this morning is 224 lbs.
Measurements:
Upper Arm: 17.0 inches
Chest: 44.0 inches
Waist: 41.5 inches
Hips: 51.5 inches
Thighs: 31.5 inches
So I haven't been perfect this week with food and exercise, but I still have some success to celebrate. I want to focus on the positive and not the negative. I had a good workout this morning, but missed my run tonight because I had a meeting this evening. Cardio tomorrow morning at 5 am and then I plan to run/walk 2 miles tomorrow evening. I have been running for 1 minute and walking for 2 minutes, starting tomorrow I am increasing my run time to 1minute 15 seconds, and walking 1 minute 45 seconds. I plan to increase my run and decrease my walk by 15 seconds every week until I am running and no longer walking!!
I had a soda today as my reward, so I refuse to feel guilty. It's my reward! Once I'm down to 216, which will be 20 lbs lost, I get a new outfit. Can't wait for that!! :-)
